TIPS
Washing your pestemal
Just wash your pestemal at 30-40 with similar colors, like all cotton fabrics. It is advisable to avoid using fabric softener, because it contains substances that reduce absorbent. If your towel exposed to oil, tar or grease we recommend to wash by hand with olive oil soap and without flush, wash it in the washing machine. To keep the colors bright and your towels soft and fluffy for long, add the detergent with a cup of white vinegar. The vinegar will remove any detergent is left in the weave.
Drying
It is advisable to avoid the dryer. Spread your towels and leave to dry in air.
Tassels
The tassels are hand tied, so in order to keep your towel looking its best for long, take the time to tighten each knot on the towel before first washing/use.
Pulled Thread
All pestemal are woven, so if a thread has "pulled" as you straighten the towel, cut with a pair of scissors the left over thread. Your towel will be looking as new.
